Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) is implemented to reduce the financial burden on poor and vulnerable groups arising out of catastrophic hospital episodes and ensure their access to quality health services was conceived.

The beneficiaries need to go to the District Civil Hospital and show the BPL card and if their name is in the Socio-Economic Caste Census, 2011 report they will get the card issued.

Those who are not in the census report they will have to submit the BPL card and will have to submit it in the district hospitals then they will get the card issued. Note: This mobile number can be different from the mobile number used in the first step for OTP Generation
Pradhan Mantri Jan Jan Dhan Yojana
The scheme provides Financial Inclusion to ensure access to financial services, namely, Banking/ Savings & Deposit Accounts, Remittance, Credit, Insurance, Pension in an affordable manner. Anyone who is an Indian citizen above the age of 10 years can open a bank account.

Visit the nearest bank and consult the bank officials with the necessary documents or you can avail the help of Business Correspondent (Bank Mitra) outlet if the bank is not present in the village/place.

Once the account is opened, they would be issued with a RuPay debit card, which they can use for normal transactions, which is equivalent to a saving account debit card.

You can open a bank account with zero balance. You will get an interest on deposit (4% per annum).

Free life cover of Rs 30,000/- and Accidental insurance cover of Rs. 1 lakh.

An overdraft facility of up to Rs. 10,000/- for a period of 3 years is available to any one account holder per household.

Pradhan Mantri Atal Pension Yojana
This scheme is a defined pension system where one can deposit a savings amount of money each year to avail pension after the age of 60 years. Only citizens from the age group of 18 to 40 years can apply for this scheme.
One Nation One Ration Card
Under the one nation one ration card scheme, families who have food security cards will be able to buy rice, wheat or any food grain at a subsidized price from any ration shop in the mentioned states. The ration cards will need to be linked with the Aadhaar Number to avail the service.

The documents need to be submitted at the nearest Ration office or a PDS (Public Distribution Shop) namely: Copy of Aadhaar cards of all family members along with the originals for verification Copy of Ration card Copy of Bank Passbook (if Aadhaar not linked with the bank account) Passport size photograph of the head of the family

Step 2: Once the documents are submitted and reaches the appropriate department, a notification will be received by an e-mail or SMS.

Step 3: On successful verification of the documents by the authorities, a notification will again be received in respect of successful linking of Aadhaar card with the Ration card.

Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Man Dhan Yojana
This scheme aims to give an assured monthly pension of Rs.3000 per month to workers in the unorganised sector after 60 years of age.The scheme is a voluntary and contributory pension scheme on a 50:50 basis where prescribed age-specific contribution shall be made by the beneficiary and the matching contribution by the Central Government as per the chart.
